The inclusive artificial intelligence needed where human direction that comprises humanity and deep knowledge can inspire an individual for directional guidance. This concept is based on the success of Mentor and Mentee (M&M) and building this framework of mentorship can truly help an individual to make the right decisions in professional developments and in career. In developing countries there is often lack of professional role modeling, resulting lost in direction. This framework is to help with the gaps. A little tune-up in guidance can help someone to develop careers and reduce blockers.

The concept of this projects outlines are below

• Talents of any age, who are underprivileged
• Candidate must be local, at first stage will cover Jessore Area only
• Personal funding to start with 5 talents in 2018/early 2019
• Build a local validation process for eligibility of candidates
• Build customized offer that is suitable for the talent, almost no cash handoff
• Offer will focus primarily on the development roadmap
• Talent comprises 5 pillars: Education, Special skills, Sports, Arts and Literature
• Lifecycle will be subjective to age, organization and life plan advisories
